Business Overview
An Enta business account gives your company wallets for USD₮, XAU₮ and Bitcoin across multiple networks, with more than one person able to hold and approve access. As the in-app card puts it: “Access to USD₮, XAU₮ and Bitcoin wallets across multiple networks. Send, receive and swap between them, and get paid with payment links.”Opening a personal account instead? That’s a shorter route — see Individual Overview.
The three stages
Stage 1 — create the account. One person signs up with a business name and work email, and creates a passkey. See Business Signup. Stage 2 — declare your owners and verify the controlling owner. You list everyone who owns the business, choose which one holds the keys, and that person verifies their identity. This activates the wallet. See KYB Landing. Stage 3 — verify the business itself. Company registration details and documents. This is what unlocks moving between cash and crypto. See UBO KYC — Tier 2.Who’s involved
Business onboarding involves more people than the personal route, and the words matter. Owner — anyone who “holds 25% or more of the company, or has significant control over it”. Every owner has to verify their identity for the business check. Controlling owner — the single owner who runs the account. The in-app guide describes three powers:- Holds the wallet keys — “They own the recovery process”
- Authorizes every transaction — “Approves sends, swaps and payments.”
- Is the super admin — “Manages the workspace, owners and team.”
What each tier unlocks
Tier 1 — once the controlling owner is verified, the crypto wallet is live: “Your crypto wallet is live” — “Send, receive and swap across major networks.” You can hold, send, receive and swap. Tier 2 — verifying the business unlocks fiat. The prompt reads “Unlock currency-enabled transactions” — “Convert from EUR, GBP, NGN and more to crypto and back, then cash out to a local bank account.”What you’ll need before you start
- A work email address and your registered business name
- The full list of owners holding 25% or more, with their names, email addresses and ownership percentages
- Agreement on who the controlling owner will be
- For Tier 2: your country of registration and RC number, legal structure, industry, date of formation, registered address, and a corporate email for compliance notices
- Four documents — Certificate of Incorporation, Articles of association, Proof of registered address, and a Board resolution if applicable
